This is to think of us like creatures and it's connected to the both the Twin Flame Journey and relationships in general. Two creatures living in symbiosis with one another in a positive or negative relationship.
My own thoughts around this is to be in a relationship with some side effects which lifts You up or brings You down.

As the journey can be very demanding, it can sometimes be very tough to really understand that this should be a positive one. However, as You grow so much as persons, You realize that the journey is a positive one. Those are my own feelings and thoughts.

A Twin Flame Journey is more of a yin and yang thing as both parts combine their strengths and weaknesses. My thoughts regarding a 'symbiosis' relationship is because it can both lift You up and it can break You. Some see this in a negative way and some see it as a good relationship that gives them back so much energy.

Having experienced a relationship in a symbiont way which was destructive, I see this relationship with my mirror twin as a positive one because she has given me so much love, energy and inspiration. So there you have it. Two creatures trying to evolve being in a relationship which benefits one another in a positive way.
